Junior IT Asset Analyst

Our client in the telecom industry is looking for a Junior IT Asset Analyst to assist with the operations of software, hardware orders, and lifecycle management of software & hardware assets.

Location: Brampton - Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Duration: 12-month contract

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the hardware and software product lifecycle
  • Track software subscriptions and licenses, working with Procurement to maintain compliance
  • Track and manage equipment leases and replacement processes
  • Review software and hardware utilization and make recommendations on requirements
  • Creating purchase orders in Oracle HCM as required
  • Working with other teams & vendors to ensure product is procured
  • Participate in IT Asset Management activities as required

Must Haves:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel)
