The Software Asset Management Analyst II will support the life-cycle management of all information technology assets including acquisition, inventory tracking and disposal of hardware and software for Northbridge Financial Corporation.

The Software Asset Management Analyst will track, manage and maintain hardware and software assets for the IT environment and will ensure proper compliance of software utilization.

If you are great at:

  • Support the identification of best solutions and uses of technology to drive business growth, profitability, and efficiencies.

  • Work with expert users and business representatives to determine business requirements that must be met through enhancements in technology.

  • Work with analysts, application developers, management, and business leaders to identify options for potential solutions and the impact to systems, while assessing both technical and business suitability.

  • Manage daily operations and functionality of the application within production support area, resolve production problems and errors.

  • Test system enhancements and products for discrepancies, and document relevant data in an accurate and timely manner as required.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures, and insurance industry trends/developments, to enhance the GRC process.

If you have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years’ system asset analysis experience.

  • Knowledge of insurance, business, property, and casualty insurance experience an asset.
