Trafficjunky is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, and pop under ads. The Account Manager role is primarily focused on identifying growth opportunities across their portfolio, managing day-to-day inbounds around activation, campaign strategy as well as support and operations, and any client technical issues. You will be striving to achieve performance goals and provide optimal service. You will play a critical role in growing our Igaming business by managing key accounts.


What you'll be doing:

  • Become an expert in the Igaming world by reading industry blogs and attending industry specific trade shows
  • Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio
  • Implement strategies to effectively meet customers performance goals
  • Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with clients on issues as needed
  • Oversee the implementation and management of programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Manage the end-to-end process of ad operations, including campaign set up, targeting, and optimization
  • Analyze and interpret data to derive actionable insights for optimizing ad campaigns
  • Implement and maintain analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and growth

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years experience within the Igaming industry
  • Experience in ad serving and ad management technologies
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good understanding of Performance Marketing
  • Previous experience in client-facing digital media including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management
  • Familiarity with online pricing models – CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

  • The Trade Desk certification, Google Ads certification
  • Salesforce experience
