Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of initiative, solution orientation, and unwavering commitment to the company's success.


Responsibilities:

·      Serve as a solution-oriented partner to clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored dinnerware solutions that exceed expectations.

·      Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, serving as their dedicated point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the company.

·      Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to management, offering insights and recommendations for future growth opportunities.

·      Implement tailored promotions and advertising strategies for each account, maximizing brand visibility and driving sales growth.


Requirements:

·      Proven track record of success in sales, with 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the dinnerware or hospitality industry.

·      Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively address client needs and overcome challenges.

·      Genuine commitment to the company's mission, values, and long-term success, with a willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to our collective goals.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

·      Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Experience in online advertising is a plus.
