We are currently seeking a Quality Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a Quality Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our payment processing systems. Your expertise in the payment domain and SWIFT standards will be essential in leading the quality assurance team and delivering reliable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance team in developing testing strategies and plans
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of payment processing systems
  • Develop and maintain test cases and scripts for manual and automated testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
  • Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Perform thorough regression testing to maintain system stability
  • Stay updated with industry standards in quality assurance and payment systems
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance
  • 3 years of experience in payment domain
  • Expertise in SWIFT payment messaging standards
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
