The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for making our internal customers wildly successful by providing an end-to-end technical support experience of the highest quality.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot the network, printers, and system issues.
  • Respond to incoming IT Support calls and emails.
  • Provide on-site technical support services to staff located in Ottawa.
  • Maintains network performance by performing networking monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure Administration by managing multiple subscriptions with a configuration of Azure VM.
  • Contribute to the incident management process (incident identification and classification, problem investigation, incidents solutions and escalation).
  • Create new user accounts.
  • Suspend user accounts.

For this role, come equipped with:

  • Experience using Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Suite, O365, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
  • IT based diploma
  • Experience in an IT environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A desire to work well within a team environment.
  • Having a valid G class driver’s license and a vehicle is an asset.
