Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and employees, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop and deliver training sessions to employees on technical products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technical products and services to provide expert support.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of consumer Home Appliances and Electronics.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. High School diploma or equivalent required; Skilled Trade Certificate preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Knowledge of French and Korean languages.
  3. Valid driver's license.
