The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for making our internal customers wildly successful by providing an end-to-end technical support experience of the highest quality.

**What you will do**:

- Troubleshoot the network, printers, and system issues.
- Provide on-site technical support services to staff located in Ottawa.
- Maintains network performance by performing networking monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
- Manage Microsoft Azure Administration by managing multiple subscriptions with a configuration of Azure VM.
- Contribute to the incident management process (incident identification and classification, problem investigation, incidents solutions and escalation).
- Create new user accounts.
- Suspend user accounts.

**For this role, come equipped with**:

- Experience using Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Suite, O365, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
- IT based diploma
- Experience in an IT environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to work well within a team environment.
- Having a valid G class driver’s license and a vehicle is an asset.
