Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

The Opportunity:
We are changing the way people buy and service cars one dealership at a time. PBS, the third largest DMS provider in North America, is seeking a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to provide support and training to customers on our software platform.

The Role:
As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will assist customers with virtual, online, and onsite training on our DMS software. This position is based in Milton, requiring travel throughout North America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand PBS software
  • Train customers on software
  • Complete payroll module if applicable
  • Be an install resource independently
  • Prioritize tasks without direct supervision
  • Learn new products to enhance knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Work directly with customers, maintaining positive relationships
  • Respond to training requests promptly
  • Document processes and update as needed
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training
  • Monitor DTO queue
  • Go the extra mile
  • Perform assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in parts or service area preferred
  • 1-2 years' automotive industry experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
