By leveraging its medically-accepted, minimally-invasive RF technology for simultaneous subdermal adipose remodelling and skin tightening, InMode offers a comprehensive portfolio of products for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Director, Contract, is responsible for building and maintaining branding and integrated communications for InMode through brand awareness, promotions, vendor management and lead generation. The Director will implement and manage optimized strategic marketing campaigns, website integration, public relations, and social media strategy. The Director will manage and prioritize projects, support, and coordinate internal teams, vendors and resources, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to InMode’s market growth and lead generation objectives. Ideal candidates will have exceptional people leadership capabilities with strong MarCom skills, an innovative mindset to develop and lead brand strategy, marketing vision and experience growing market share and awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Media and Public Relations: develop and implement media and influencer strategies in collaboration with PR teams and InMode KOLs. Manage and draft copy for celebrity, ambassador and influencer promotions and partnerships. Provide direction for influencer and celebrity branding and marketing campaigns.
  2. Social Media: manage InMode’s branding across social media and professional network platforms. Consistently find new ways to deliver an engaging online experience to multifaceted audiences. Manage the production and delivery of all social media related content, including production, design, editing and copywriting.
  3. Marketing Communication: provide copy for internal and external marketing communications. Manage briefing documents, media and press releases, interviews and social media captions.
  4. Website Management: edit, build and maintain company and affiliate websites and landing pages, including e-commerce and InMode University. Oversee the design, budgets, build, SEO, maintenance, and vendors, coordinating between internal teams and external resources, including Product Management, Finance, Operations and CSR.
  5. Investor Relations: edit, design and maintain the Investor Relations website portal. Manage the upload of all IR related material and press releases, events, presentations and corporate and sustainability content.
  6. Online Lead Generation: supervise digital lead-gen efforts to generate and accurately track online leads and determine Market Qualified Leads (MQLs). Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure leads are followed up on and edit search criteria based on feedback.
  7. Email Program: ideation, copywriting, layout design, target audience, project management, coordination of execution, monitoring and reporting of email marketing blasts, content emails, and automated email campaigns, leveraging database CRM and email delivery platform.
  8. Paid Ads: ensure the digital paid advertising channels optimize content and ad creatives. Design and produce search, display, social paid advertising, and activation plans via vendor management. Provide analytics to senior management, managing budgets and return on investment.
  9. Digital Content and Videos: design and develop marketing assets, including unique campaigns to support new product launches. Disseminate marketing assets and copywritten captions across internal channels and disseminate same to external resources.
  10. Cross-functional: Work collaboratively across functions such as Product, Operations, Events and CSR to support regional teams, optimize marketing efforts and build strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  11. Vendor Management: manage the relationship with external marketing and PR vendors and key digital partners such as Google, Facebook, etc., to drive results.
  12. Assisting senior management with collecting data on digital marketing performance and KPIs.
  13. Assisting with other tasks related to the various digital channels and online activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role within the medical equipment, or healthcare industry is an asset.
  3. 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing capacity in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and external vendors.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a demonstrated track record in crafting compelling marketing content.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, HTML, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective marketing strategies.
  8. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Experience with Shopify, Contentful, Klaviyo, Salesforce and Wisepops is ideal.
