Job Title: Associate Director, Digital Media Planning

Growth Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Digital Media Planning to lead our team of growth marketers in driving customer and revenue growth across our portfolio of high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of growth marketers in developing and executing advanced digital strategies for clients
  • Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Oversee strategy development and implementation for our largest and most complex client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Drive innovation in our service offerings and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years' experience in a digital role, ideally managing a team
  • Experience of managing B2B & B2C social media channels, including paid social and paid search
  • Strong desire to take ownership and drive results
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong ability to present and persuade clients
  • Ability to manage any type of content from initial concept to copywriting, design, and promotion
  • Effective time management, strong organization skills, and attention to detail
  • An analytical mindset with good Excel skills and ability to make recommendations based on numbers
  • Experience with tools including Google Docs, FB Ads Manager, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
