Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Allocation Specialist at Stokes Inc. The Senior Allocation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to inventory allocation and distribution. This includes managing and optimizing stock levels, analyzing sales data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and accurate product availability at stores and online. While the role is primarily located in Montreal, Quebec, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Planning: Develop and implement resource allocation plans based on project requirements and organizational goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to forecast resource needs and identify trends or issues in store inventory allocation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand resource requirements and constraints.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels in stores to support target achievement.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on resource allocation status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimization: Continuously seek ways to optimize resource utilization and improve allocation processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure resource allocation practices comply with organizational policies and regulations.
