**Interior Design Specialist (Temporary contract for maternity leave replacement)**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Store Design, the Interior Design Specialist is responsible for planning spaces, creating experiences unique to each brand, and ensuring brand consistency in design elements for both Groupe Dynamite banners (Garage et Dynamite).

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Visual, Merchandising and brand teams to create innovative brand concepts and displays, while meeting various operational needs:

- Create preliminary studies and schematic plans;
- Create 3D sketches (SketchUp) and color images for presentation purposes;
- Participate in furniture design and prototype development;
- Review and comment on shop drawings prior to production;
- Develop plans using AutoCAD;
- Ensure design integrity (from concept to plan representation);
- Manage timelines and schedules for design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, industrial design, environmental design, architecture or other related field;
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in the retail industry;
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;
- Solid project management skills;
- Good design and presentation skills;
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, Adobe suite and Sketch Up, as well as any other presentation skills;
- Great organizational skills and detail-oriented;
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respect tight deadlines;
- Collaborative working style and team player.
