Bilingual Operations Officer I Key Responsibilities

  • Execute transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring (SLA’s) adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Refer or escalate operational issues promptly, leveraging a deep understanding of the problem to connect with the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, contributing to operational excellence.
  • Provide support to internal partners by validating information and performing necessary adjustments within authorized limits.
  • Engage with partners effectively, responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)

Bilingual Operations I Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Previous client-facing experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks preferred.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: $25 an hour
  • Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
  • Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
  • Location: Saint John, New Brunswick
