Description du posteLe Front Office est le "cœur" de l'hôtel et, en tant que responsable du Front Office, il vous incombe de veiller à ce que ce service fonctionne aussi bien que possible. Vous serez responsable du traitement des réservations, du service aux clients, de la gestion des bagages et de la sécurité.
Vous établirez des directives internes conformes aux attentes du groupe et veillerez à ce qu'elles soient respectées. Vous assurerez également la formation opérationnelle et la supervision de l'équipe du Front Office, vous vous occuperez de tâches administratives telles que le traitement des réservations, la facturation et les paiements, l'établissement de budgets et la préparation de rapports récurrents.
QualificationsVous avez déjà plusieurs années d'expérience dans le monde de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration en tant que manager ou assistant.
Vous êtes fortement orienté vers le client, sociable et avez une attitude positive.
Vous êtes un véritable entrepreneur avec une mentalité pratique.
Vous avez un sens aigu des responsabilités et pouvez travailler de manière autonome.
Vous accordez une grande importance à la communication et à l'empathie. Vous savez comment motiver votre équipe.
Vous pensez en termes de résolution de problèmes et vous êtes flexible.
L'organisation n'a pas de secret pour vous et vous êtes également résistant au stress.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de la langue écrite et parlée en néerlandais, français et anglais. Toute autre langue est évidemment un plus
