Fundamental Responsibilities

The Front Office Supervisor - Guest Services will be responsible for the daily operation of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage front desk staff, overseeing daily tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to establish and achieve departmental goals.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure compliance with Marriott International standards and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insightful analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of front desk experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service principles, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
