Your day-to-day will look something like this:You will begin by reviewing performance in our ad accounts and CRM & checking progress against your forecast. (Since you’re well-planned-and-great-with-numbers-you, you’ll be exceeding forecast.)You’ll review your quarterly targets, monthly targets, roadmaps and ensure your campaign planning and media planning roadmap is on track to achieve your numbers.We update our ICP based on feedback from our team & you’ll need to be prepared for changing your targeting accordingly & to measure results. You’ll need to be comfortable with updating your plans quickly to achieve new results.You'll be ensuring we’re targeting the right age group at the right time of year & prepare testing on our paid platforms to achieve this. You'll be making forecasts on how to achieve lead targets & generate demand. You'll work with our Head of Growth to oversee the budget and week-to-week optimization of these channels, including Meta/Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads. You’ll also spend some time using Tag Manager, and VWO for split testing & conversion tracking. You'll be representing GrantMe's online brand & messaging to millions.   • Manage all aspects of our paid marketing strategy including search and social. This includes overseeing the budget and day-to-day optimization of these channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads.
  • Forecasting CPL, ROAS and other performance metrics and building a plan to achieve them monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Be in budget planning meetings & work closely with Finance to request & propose budgets to achieve your targets.
  • Create full digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads, which include completing the copywriting for our ad creatives and creating targeting for audience setup.
  • Use HubSpot to track lead conversions and set up tracking to measure the performance of your campaigns.
  • Be able to move quickly & dynamically to update targeting and adjust plans to achieve new lead targets
  • Work with our team of creative contractors to create and “ship” creative for our ads. (If you enjoy designing some creative yourself, you can do that too)
  • Define, measure, and analyze critical KPI’s for the marketing acquisition team. Create dashboards to demonstrate progress against those KPI’s and communicate effectively the results and any actions associated with those results to key stakeholders throughout GrantMe. If you love numbers, you’ll love this.
  • Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team including detailed campaign performance with metrics such as ROAS by Platform, ROAS by Campaign, CPL by Platform, CPL by Campaign. Identify and propose opportunities to optimize customer acquisition.
  • Support our overall marketing strategy to improve our customer acquisition
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Must have managed a paid media ad spend greater than $75,000/month across platforms
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google & Youtube Ads, Advertising, Customer Acquisition, Analytics and Reporting, Cost Measurement, Google Analytics
  • Be passionate about marketing, ads & mastering ad algorithms
  • Be coachable, ready to work, and genuinely excited about performance marketing and building an excellent brand
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Are driven, self-motivated, and have a fantastic work ethic
  • Have a keen desire to continually develop and grow their skills and are open to receiving feedback
  • Are masters of efficiency, are highly organized, and love using technology to get things done quickly
  • Analytical with numbers & can make a spreadsheet to solve a problem & make the right decision
