We are looking for personable and self-motivated individuals to join a newly formed central sales team in Kings Langley. The role of the Business Development Executive is to develop our business, trade and consumer sales across an existing portfolio of accounts and establish new accounts. In addition, to remotely support our branch network in contacting target accounts to increase sales.
The successful candidate would be driven and dynamic and have excellent communication skills that they will use whilst regularly liaising with customers. This fantastic, unique opportunity comes with full bespoke training for a seamless start for a flourishing career in business.
The role of the Business Development Executive includes the following responsibilities:
- Generating and increasing sales with existing trade customers via regular and focused interactions
- Following up branch quotations and converting into orders
- Targeting and converting new trade customers to the Loyalty Rewards scheme
- Building new business from prospect trade customers utilising existing databases and CRM tools
- Support promotional campaigns across trade and retails sectors
- Achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team sales numbers and KPI’s
Hours: 8.30am-4pm Mon-Fri

- Be experienced in Sales
- Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a Sales environment
- Be a highly motivated pro-active self-starter
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
