Job Description: ITOM Solution Consultant/Architect

Type: Remote

Orion Innovation isseeking an experienced ITOM Solution Consultant/Architect toaccelerate our customers' ITOM AIOps & automation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leadership, platform teams,development teams, product owners, and scrum masters.
  • Prioritize ITOM goals to engineer new solutions for platformand application stability, performance, metrics, and reporting.
  • Aid in service mapping, discovery, event management, cloudautomation, Health Log analytics, AIOps, and orchestration on theServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver transformation projects or PoCsin Event Management and AIOps.
  • Provide strategic andtechnical hands-on expertise to support IT with predictive andautomation solutions to prevent incidents and reduce MTTR.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with ServiceNow other solutions delivery, IT Operations Management,and Automations.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-onexperience with ServiceNow programs in ITOM , includingDiscovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, andAutomations.
  • Experience designing and developingintegrations between ServiceNow and monitoring solutions.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator(Must have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM EventManagement (Must have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist –ITOM Discovery/Service Mapping (Preferred)
