Healthcare IT Solutions Architect

At 1200 Merge Healthcare Solutions Inc. (US), we are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading the technical and design workflow for our Watson Health Imaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage department objectives and projects to ensure customer satisfaction and promote revenue growth.
- Handle the technical side of project charters and own the technical component of work breakdown structures.
- Work closely with resource and project managers to assign, schedule, and execute project implementations.
- Provide technical mentorship to Professional Services staff and represent the team in program management discussions.
- Assist in developing successful solution testing processes and standardizing best practices around workflow and third-party integrations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
- Five years of Healthcare IT experience, with a strong background in Microsoft, DICOM, HL-7, and health science informatics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a specialized technical team.
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Office or remote home-based work environment.
- Travel: 25%.
