Job Description:
As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable backend solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in backend technologies and architecture, with a specific focus on Java, MongoDB, Cloud services, Docker, Kafka, SpringBoot, and CICD Pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable backend solutions using Java, Angular, Redis, TMP OpenApi, Oracle, MongoDB, Cloud services, Docker, Kafka, and SpringBoot.
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and software engineering standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and effective.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar role.
- Extensive experience in backend development with a strong command of Java, Docker, Kafka, and SpringBoot.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
