About the Position:

On Side Restoration is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Human Resources Manager to join our national team. Reporting to the HR Vice President, this position is responsible for all HR matters. As a strategic partner, the HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and is responsible for day-to-day HR operations within the province of Quebec.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, empower and develop a team of human resources professionals and contribute to driving change, improving employee engagement & retention, both in human resources and for the organization.
  2. Provide day-to-day consulting and support to managers & employees in regard to HR programs, practices, and policy interpretation.
  3. Support managers with sensitive employee relations matters including performance management and discipline.
  4. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.

What you bring:

  1. Fully bilingual in French and English.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in HR positions of increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
  3. 2 years’ experience in people management, a strong asset.
  4. Higher education in Human Resource Management (Bachelors or Diploma), CRHA/CPHR designation is an asset (or working towards completion).
