CE est une filiale de la plus grande entreprise indépendante de distribution de produits de CVCA/R au monde, Watsco Inc. CE distribue avec fierté le matériel de CVCA de marques Carrier, Bryant et Payne utilisé dans les marchés résidentiels et commerciaux, de même qu’une gamme complète de pièces, de fournitures et d’accessoires après-vente. CE compte plus de 36 emplacements au Canada. Nous acceptons présentement les candidatures pour le poste de coordonnateur ou coordonnatrice du Marketing à notre de Statesman Mississauga, Head Office.

Le poste

Le coordonnateur ou coordonnatrice du Marketing relèvera directement du directeur du Marketing et du soutien aux ventes. Le ou la titulaire apportera son soutien aux tâches administratives et à l’organisation de l’exécution de divers projets et activités continus et ponctuels; il ou elle apportera également son soutien à l’école locale des ventes. Voici certaines des tâches auxquelles le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice du Marketing participera activement :

  • Assurer le traitement du programme de publicité coopérative et servir de point de contact pour la région du Québec
  • Travailler avec le directeur du Marketing et du soutien aux ventes et le directeur des Programmes de marketing à la traduction et à la diffusion des communications dans le cadre des campagnes de marketing actuelles et nouvelles et des activités auprès des clients internes et des membres de l’équipe interne.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les clients locaux, les séances de formation, les rencontres et les foires commerciales pour les concessionnaires, les entrepreneurs et les ingénieurs.
  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour les demandes d’information sur les programmes de marketing provenant du Québec en français.
  • Gérer et tenir à jour la base de données des coordonnées des clients et le centre numérique de ressources pour concessionnaires
  • Mettre à jour SalesForce et la base de données de clients HVACPartners
  • Commander la documentation
  • Traduire divers documents promotionnels
  • Coordonner la circulation du contenu multimédia avec l’agence locale qui s’occupe de notre page Facebook Carrier en français
  • Répondre aux communications sur nos plateformes de médias sociaux en français
  • Travailler avec la direction du Marketing et l’équipe technique afin d’organiser la formation des concessionnaires et d’en faire le suivi
  • Apporter son aide au maintien du programme
  • Traiter les appels entrants des clients
  • Réapprovisionner les emplacements locaux du Québec en matériel de marketing
  • Apporter son aide à d’autres fonctions de marketing au besoin

Aptitudes et comportements

  • Au moins 1 à 3 années d’expérience en marketing ou une expérience similaire
  • Excellentes compétences en français écrit et parlé
  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Personne axée sur le service à la clientèle affichant une attitude positive et ayant de solides aptitudes à la communication
  • Personne qui aime le travail d’équipe, autonome, hautement motivée et réactive dans un environnement dynamique et passionnant
  • Pouvoir bien travailler malgré la pression et savoir gérer plusieurs projets et échéances à la fois
  • Une expérience en matière de marketing commercial avec des produits durables et des marques est un atout
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la présentation d’exposés et maîtrise de PowerPoint et Excel de Microsoft.
  • Toute expérience de la suite Adobe est un atout (particulièrement, mais sans s’y limiter, Photoshop, InDesign ou Illustrator)
