Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Manage order entry, order fulfillment activities, and closely monitor product supply to avoid stock-outs.
- Logistics and Delivery: Collaborate with the Logistics and Transport Department to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders.
- Customer Service: Proactively solve common customer problems, promptly research and respond to customer queries and complaints, and produce various statistical reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments, including Logistics, Account Management, and Marketing, to maintain healthy customer relationships and keep stakeholders informed.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken, is an asset.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work hard to find a solution.
- Interpersonal and Persuasive Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, able to prioritize and multi-task thoroughly in a dynamic environment.

- Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office software, Excel – intermediate level plus.

- Professional Qualifications: College diploma or equivalent, and two (2) to five (5) years' experience in a similar position.
VIBRANT Marketing is a dynamic and growing company that values professional development and teamwork. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $28/hr, a Monday to Friday schedule (37.5h per week), and a hybrid work arrangement (2 days telecommuting and 3 days in the office). We also offer a signing bonus of $150 and a retention bonus of $1,500 after 6 months.
