Sales Superstars Wanted

Don’t even apply unless you’re the best and can prove it. Earn $50K if you’re average, $75K if you’re good, and over $100K plus if you’re great. This is in the wireless communications smartphone industry, but we hire star performers, not backgrounds.

Young or old - if you have the stuff, we’ll know. We will train someone who has everything we want. We pay a fair base, but huge performance rewards to get you over $100K and beyond each year. You must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold and warm start. You must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.

This is NOT your typical retail sales management job.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a burning desire to succeed in a hybrid retail sales management role.

As a Hybrid Retail Store Sales Manager, you are organized, disciplined, and a self-starter. You support a culture of accountability, performance, and new business acquisition in our consumer, business, and corporate markets. At the same time, you strive to create raving fans from our new clients and current client base.

Performance Objectives:

  • You will be expected to:
    • Achieve minimum store revenue targets.
    • Achieve minimum new business loading targets.
    • Maintain a minimum 4.5 Star Google review rating.
    • Maintain a healthy sales funnel with a minimum of 3 appointments a day per rep.
    • Conduct warm calls, cold calls, text, and email campaigns to support the building of your team’s pipeline.

How you Grow and Overcome Challenges:

  • Through our 7 Steps of Selling process, you will coach and mentor your team to ensure daily revenue objectives are met.
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions and accountability sessions with your team to improve performance.
  • Participate in your own coaching and accountability sessions with leadership.
  • Become the resident B2B expert to add value to your store location.
  • Regularly train, learn, and evaluate all our operational systems.
  • Attend and participate in key meetings, huddles, and group chats.
  • Show team members how their individual contributions matter to the company’s success.
  • Help shape company culture by living out agreed-upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
  • Bring more energy than you take, setting the tone every day for the entire organization.

  • This is not a role where you just wait for clients to walk in.
  • This is not a role for someone who doesn’t want to be measured on their performance.
  • This is not a role for someone who is happy with just an average wage.
  • This is not a role for someone with no desire to get better every day.
  • This is not a role for someone who can’t handle tough conversations with their team or leadership.
  • This is not an office job. Your primary role is store profitability and customer success.
