As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, yard crew members, and technicians to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Promotion: Identify and promote new products and services to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and maintain an effective team, leading by example and motivating team members to achieve customer service goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Operational Efficiency: Achieve budget and efficiency targets within established time frames, maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Personal Development: Commit to personal development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Service Delivery: Schedule and check status of work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the Customer Service Representative - Parts to ensure high demand inventory is maintained.
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in the marine or automotive industry.
- 3-5 years of Managerial experience.
- Understanding of basic math (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
- Able to work in variable work environments/conditions both indoors and outdoors.
- Able to lead and motivate a team.
