A Brief Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Master of International Business (MIB), the Program Coordinator will support the operational functions associated with the Full-Time MBA (FTMBA) and MIB office, including administrative support and coordination for the smooth functioning of the programs. As the office's first point of reception contact, the incumbent will provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders and offer a high level of efficiency. This role is responsible for completing critical tasks and functions, including receptionist duties, data entry and management, and accurate record-keeping within Salesforce.

This position advises students on program registration, course scheduling and/or changes, room bookings, grade calculation, providing learning resources, and course materials. It also provides administrative support including scheduling, filing, exam coordination, office supplies, course changes, and degree lists. Additionally, this position supports recruiting initiatives including planning and attending recruiting events, arranging information sessions, and contacting and communicating with prospective candidates.

The schedule for this position requires the incumbent to work evenings and weekends.
