Dayforce WFM/HR Core Consultant. Remote work contractOn behalf of our client, Procom has an need a WFM/Lead HR Core Consultant. The Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.Mandatory SkillsDayforce WFM/Time, HR Core (with Entitlements) experience2+ years of recent experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM and HR Core (Time, Entitlements) moduleClient-facing skills. Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentationJob DetailsProject responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the client solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project ManagerThe Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of client’s Organizational Readiness toolkitDocument and validate customer’s business requirements and map to functionalityConfigure application to meet customer’s documented business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutesAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseWork with customers to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the client’s solutionStart Date: As soon as possibleAssignment Length: Contract runs until end of March, with high likelihood of renewalLocation: RemoteClearance Requirement: Must hold, or be eligible for a Canadian Federal Security Clearance
