You will be part of our talent acquisition team and responsible for full-cycle recruitment process for Quality Assurance & other positions in Canada and the U.S.A. You will develop a recruitment strategy, actively source & screen candidates, presenting successful candidates to hiring managers for consideration with expert summaries and recommendations, and ultimately be responsible for ensuring QA Consultants hires the most talented professionals in the industry.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or equivalent work experienceRequired Skills & Experience5+ years experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in quality rolesExperience working in an outbound recruiting or sales position would be an assetAbility to learn, retain and apply technical information and new conceptsA passion for recruitment with an ability to build strong relationships and networkingGo-getter attitude, self confident and self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and creative thinkingExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to changeTime and priority management skillsHours of Work, Work Environment and Potential Travel8 hours per day and some overtime occasionallyNot for you?
