  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
