Description du poste

En tant que Guest Relation / Duty Manager (H/F), vous serez le visage accueillant de notre établissement, chargé(e) d'assurer le confort et la satisfaction de nos clients tout au long de leur séjour. Vous serez également responsable de la coordination des opérations quotidiennes de l'hôtel en tant que Duty Manager, veillant à ce que tout se déroule en douceur et en accord avec les normes élevées de notre établissement.

Qualifications
  • Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans un établissement de luxe.
  • Excellentes compétences en service client et en communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et sous pression.
  • Forte orientation vers le client et souci du détail.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variés, y compris les weekends et les jours fériés.
