Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and software applications
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Assist with network administration tasks such as configuring firewalls and managing LAN/VLAN settings
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions
- Conduct system upgrades and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Requirements:
- Proven experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with network protocols, VPN, and firewall configurations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
