We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with other businesses, organisations, and individuals to help drive our company's growth and achieve our strategic objectives.PURPOSE OF YOUR JOBIdentify potential partnership opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.Develop and execute partnership agreements and negotiate terms with partnersManage ongoing partnerships and ensure that both parties are fulfilling their obligationsWork closely with internal stakeholders such as sales and marketing teams to ensure that partnership agreements are executed effectivelyDevelop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to support partnerships and drive engagement with partners and customersAnalyse and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimisationStay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies and tactics.Support to engage their employees with new Company learning opportunities and organise the delivery of the learning.Identify gaps in learning and support with the creative of new subject matter.Develop relationships with a range of stakeholders and manage relationships with a diverse range of internal and external parties.Lead and manage key relationships with Corporate Affiliate Partners as well as building and sourcing new partnership and revenue opportunities for the company.Proactively manage, monitor, and report on corporate partnership income generation or new customers acquisition, including partner pipeline, new partnership established and the status of existing partnerships to ensure targets are delivered.Work to ensure retention of exiting partners, and increase growth within the employability sector to develop and secure future projects.Support the Company on the delivery of projects to increase membership or with the development of strategic partners.Be accountable for ensuring the safe delivery of a project to time, cost and quality with responsibility for leading the project to a successful conclusion.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Essential3+ years of experience in partnership management or business developmentProven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnershipsExperienced in strategy development and profile-raising as well as experienced in securing opportunities which provide growth opportunities for the company. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.A strong understanding of the employability sector in CanadaExperience working with managers to obtain feedback, to develop ideas and secure future projectsEvidence of CPD including management developmentStrong project management skills with demonstrable expertise in planning, prioritising, and managing workloadKnowledge of relevant Health & Safety and data protection regulationsGood ICT skills with experience of using a variety of online platforms Excellent attention to detail and an ability to think and prepare for many eventualitiesAbility to work under pressure and to manage several ongoing projects.PERSON SPECIFICATIONStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly for a professional business environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and project management skillsSelf-aware and self-responsibleSelf-starter and self-motivatorActs with integrity and courageAdept at building relationships and good interpersonal skillsAbility to make well considered decisionsCommitment to developing self through ongoing CPDInnovative and creative approach to problem solving Proactive and tenacious Open and willing to give and receive constructive feedback Ambitious, energetic, and highly motivatedWell considered with sound decision making and judgementA creative thinker with a good level of problem-solving skillsWell-presented and professional personal presentationStrong IT skills and use of MS Office, including ability to use online communication toolsExcellent organisation skills and time management
