Convera est à la recherche d'un directeur principal du développement des affaires, qui sera responsable des ventes de produits de couverture des taux de change et de solutions de paiement API au sein de notre bureau de Toronto (shouldn’t this be Montreal instead of Toronto?)

Vous serez responsable de :

  • Approcher des prospects commerciaux au nom de l'entreprise afin d'attirer de nouveaux clients pour notre division Business to Business (B2B).
  • Influencer les clients, du propriétaire d'une start-up au directeur financier ou au PDG d'une grande entreprise établie.
  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs exigences en matière de devises, leur profil de risque et leurs solutions de paiement tout en progressant vers l'établissement de relations commerciales durables et rentables.
  • Effectuer des analyses de marché, participer à des événements en ligne et hors ligne.
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet jusqu'à l'intégration du nouveau client, avant de confier la responsabilité à vos collègues de l'équipe de gestion des comptes clients.
  • Collaborer avec des collègues de différents départements de Convera.

  • Ambitieux, motivé, confiant, doté d'une grande intégrité et d'une grande ténacité pour surpasser la concurrence.
  • Astucieux en matière financière, connaissant les besoins de l'entreprise et capable de démontrer son succès dans la vente de nouvelles affaires dans un environnement dynamique, atteignant ou dépassant constamment les objectifs.
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation des principes de vente consultative et d'acquisition de clients (y compris les événements de réseautage, les salons professionnels, les appels à froid, etc.)
  • Adepte des négociations au niveau de la direction de l'entreprise et de l'établissement de relations clients à long terme.
  • Connaissances en devises requises.
  • Expérience Salesforce requise.
  • Capacité à travailler individuellement et à collaborer avec d’autres dans un environnement d’équipe au rythme rapide, à prendre des décisions rapides et à gérer les délais.
  • Expérience antérieure de travail sur des indicateurs de performance clés et des objectifs individuels pour atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires, trimestriels et annuels.
  • Recommandé de 5 ans en vente B2B dans un environnement Fintech/paiements/change
