ABOUT US: Upcision a 7-figure B2B Marketing organization that garners sales-qualified leads for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to SMB. Our revenue model is tied to the number of sellable, sales-qualified leads we garner for our end clients. OVERVIEW: We've been in business since 2016, however we've recently overhauled our Cold Emailing infrastructure. We're seeking a change-minded, action-biased leader with a tenacious grit who has "been there, done that" in the world of cold email & operations leadership.We currently manage upwards of 2,000 domains and 8,000 users to send 5-6 campaigns at any one time spanning over 100k daily sends. You would have a large hand in building/optimizing many of the operational processes to implement our strategic vision.This involves deep understanding of B2B cold email strategy, deliverability & operations. You would be in charge of overseeing tactical decisions, a team of 8-10 individuals (primarily implementors) & process operations, while reporting directly to the CEO who has 10+ years experience in cold emailing. You're fast-paced. You're OK with switching directions at a moment's notice when needed. You thrive working in a place where each day's results correlate to revenue & is high-stakes. You think strategically and act tactically. You're systematic & organized.
