As a ‘Sales Operations Specialist’ at Motrec International in Sherbrooke, you will be at the heart of our success. This key role will support not only our vehicle sales objectives but also the development of relationships with our clients and partners (B2B). You will be the essential link between the sales, engineering, production, and finance departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimal efficiency within the company.

Under the supervision of the Sales and Business Development Director, you will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment that values your skills in management, communication, and project management. You will have the opportunity to thrive by showcasing your expertise and actively contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilitie

Client Relations:

  • Develop strong partnerships by regularly communicating with clients via phone and email.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience by responding quickly and effectively to requests.
  • Analyze trends and feedback to propose solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure order accuracy by verifying prices, discounts, and terms, and ensuring delivery meets expectations.
  • Handle urgent matters in the absence of Regional Sales Managers, respond to questions, inform of potential delays, and organize delivery dates
Internal Collaboration:
  • Create and maintain sales tools in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth sales and request management by working with various departments.
  • Organize and lead internal meetings to ensure effective communication between sales teams and other departments.
  • Strategically support the Sales and Business Development Director and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Drive innovative projects to energize our sales force in established territories by implementing creative strategies
Management and Organization:
  • Maintain organized sales records and report end-of-month objectives to the management team.
  • Develop and update filing systems to manage sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and draw conclusions to improve performance.
  • Manage sales platforms such as CRM, ERP, and CPQ.
  • Oversee budgets for expenses such as bonuses, marketing, and travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, with sales coordination experience considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Hubspot and Genius a plus).
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong abilities in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to support daily operations.
  • Be very comfortable in English. Ease of communicating with Americans given our 80% American clientele.
