Description and RequirementsThe Lenovo Smart Collaboration Team is seeking a Business Analyst to join us as we transform the workplace with our innovative collaboration solutions. This position reports into Smart Collaboration Business Operations organization but is strongly aligned to product management, commercial operations and GSC teams. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of timely, accurate BMS measurement reporting and dashboards
- Analyze supply planning and order execution against financial targets to support business objectives
- Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem or gap in the business, and then make clear recommendations for business change
- Analyze and understand market data to identify growth areas
- Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, and planning processes
- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with the ability to work proactively
- Strong virtual team and extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and partnership skills
- Analytical, critical thinker capable of collecting clear/concise data from multiple sources accompanied with presentation skills, analytical and business competencies
- Experience in data analysis, a real spreadsheet wizard with experience of data manipulation and building excel based dashboards. PowerBi programming experience an advantage.
- Superior communication skills - oral, written, and presentation skills with management and peers. Powerpoint mastery is an advantage
