Role Overview

The Lenovo Smart Collaboration Team is on the lookout for a Lead Product Strategist to join our efforts in revolutionizing workplace collaboration through our cutting-edge solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a segment of our product portfolio, engaging in market research, defining product features, establishing product positioning, articulating value propositions, and achieving financial targets. You will report directly to the Worldwide Portfolio Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to planning, development, global launch, and product retirement.
  • Act as a representative of the Smart Collaboration business unit in various cross-functional teams to meet objectives related to time, cost, product features, and innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive product disclosures and competitive analysis reports to facilitate successful global launches.
  • Identify trends within the collaboration industry; analyze competitive landscapes and market data to support financial goals for Smart Collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with technology partners to stay informed about technology trends and product roadmaps, while planning go-to-market and demand generation strategies.
  • Communicate product information to global teams and collaboratively plan Go-To-Market strategies to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management within the technology or hardware industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing enterprise products tailored to both mature and emerging market needs at a global technology firm.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • In-depth knowledge of meeting room and office collaboration technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A genuine passion for innovation and staying current with industry developments.

This position is based in our North America Headquarters. Our office has adopted a hybrid work model, supporting a blend of onsite and remote work.
