The Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract) is responsible for providing administrative support to the President of FCA Canada and the extended Canadian Senior Leadership team. Duties include: managing calendar, meeting/travel scheduling, follow-up and tracking of assignments, expense reporting and general office management. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to participate or lead business projects that are outside the typical Executive Assistant duties. The selected candidate must be able to work with all levels of management, demonstrate strong organizational collaboration, as well as have flexibility to support other team members and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
