What is the Opportunity?

The Associate Director, IT Risk Program Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the planning, delivery, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects. This position is essential for ensuring projects are completed within approved timeframes, scopes, and budgets. By managing these critical initiatives, the Associate Director will significantly contribute to the organization’s vision and strategy, enhancing security posture and compliance while driving efficiency and innovation within the Capital Markets Technology Risk Services.

What will you do?

  • Lead the planning and execution of IAM and PAM projects.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within scope.
  • Track and report project progress to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex IT driven projects across multiple years
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
  • Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management controls, processes, and platforms

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM and PAM
