Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Program Finance to join our team at Leonardo DRS. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in program finance, leadership, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for program finance functions, including forecasting, risk management, cash management, and variance analysis.
  • Program Finance Management: Oversee the management of program finance functions, including estimation at completion, basis of estimate preparation, earned value management systems, and contractual reporting.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Manage internal and external financial reporting, analysis of results, and associated impact to programs and lines of business.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the program finance team, manage performance, and foster individual professional growth.
  • Recruitment and Training: Manage the recruitment, orientation, and training of new program finance staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized post-secondary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program finance, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and an in-depth working knowledge of the Cost Accounting Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, and International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Skills: Advanced financial analysis principles, financial analysis skills, effective leadership and management skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
