Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Inbound Sales Coordinator to join our team at Qualico Canada. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for sorting and qualifying sales leads, assisting in marketing duties, and scheduling appointments for qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from prospects and provide prompt follow-ups.
- Identify sales opportunities and qualify leads from our database.
- SOURCE LEADS, MANAGE CLIENT RELATIONS, RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and maintaining brand consistency.
- Provide marketing materials and information on housing options.
- Manage digital marketing, content schedules, and email campaigns.
- Conduct website/software audits and updates.
- Ensure site appearance meets standards.
- Create and post development videos on social media.
- Engage with buyers, source reviews, and new homeowner photos.
- Use email campaigns for buyer conversion.
- Track lead activity, sales conversions, third-party websites, and competitor activity.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies in-house or at sites.
- Provide support to assigned projects or duties.
- Marketing Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Social media platform experience, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Virtual sales skills, including video conferencing platforms and speaking clearly on camera.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Experience using a gimble and video recording equipment.
- Experience managing a CRM database (Hubspot).
- Creating trusting and successful working relationships.
- Setting clear, measurable, and achievable goals.
- Cooperating with team members in an open, positive, and respectful manner.
- Staying current with technical job skills.
- Consistently meeting customer expectations.
- Taking responsibility for the outcomes of decisions and actions.
You will primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to site locations required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
