About the Role
As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in driving customer engagement and supporting our sales efforts. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Inbound Sales, you'll be responsible for managing lead generation, nurturing relationships with potential buyers, and contributing to our marketing initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients and provide follow-up support.
- Identify sales opportunities by qualifying leads from our database.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Provide marketing materials and information about our housing options to potential buyers.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content.
- Conduct website audits and updates to ensure a positive user experience.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms, showcasing our developments and community features.
- Track lead activity, sales conversions, and competitor activity to inform our strategies.
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives both at our office and on-site.
