Responsibilities

Here’s what your day will look like

Plan and Organize
  • Take charge of agenda management: prioritize requests, organize meetings, reserve rooms, plan business meals;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (itineraries, transportation, hotel), including tracking expense receipts, and entering reimbursement and credit requests into the system;
  • Provide proactive assistance in managing and tracking daily tasks, while managing changing priorities and conflicting deadlines;
Conduct governance and implement process improvement
  • Create and maintain organizational structure, and ensure accuracy of data on all platforms (names, management scope, etc.);
  • Create and maintain an agent placement process according to recruitment plans to balance management scope between sites;
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with due diligence and discretion;
  • Provide support on various SVP projects and deliverables, including proofreading and document layout;
Qualifications

  • You're a team player and a problem solver. You're a positive, calm, open-minded person with a strong collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to resolve unexpected issues and possess decision-making proficiency to prioritize tasks and manage resources.
  • You are proactive. You demonstrate foresight in providing exceptional support to the SVP – Operations.
  • You are a multitasker. You can coordinate multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment, and you have a strong attention to detail.
  • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity. You know how to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • You are bilingual (French and English), spoken and written.
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office suite software (mainly Excel).
