Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our business.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, working with our content, events, and digital teams to create engaging content and experiences, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our business
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with our content, events, and digital teams to create engaging content and experiences
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize results and improve future campaign performance
- Work closely with our budget owners to ensure campaign budgets are managed effectively
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space
- Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Workspace preferred
- Experience with project ownership, including planning, management, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to be agile, creative, organized, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-sufficient worker capable of managing multiple deadlines with little supervision
