Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for our business.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product teams, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, including Eloqua and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
