We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at International Paper. This is a part-time remote position based in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and efficiency - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer support strategies - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individuals who can work independently in a remote setting - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough responses to customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer support software - Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
