  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans
  • Conduct variance analysis to understand key drivers and provide actionable recommendations
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/CFA preferred
  • 3-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
  • Proficiency with various financial and IT systems; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
