You're the person who will create and maintain systematic accountability across our operations so that he can focus on acquiring new properties and expanding into new markets.What You'll DoFree up the founder: Implement systems that eliminate his need for operational follow-up within 90 days.Manage 5 team leaders: Leasing, Tickets, Reporting, Cashflow, Tech - make them accountable through KPIs and consequences, not micromanaging.Build for scale: Create operational systems that work at 1000+ units across multiple markets.What Success Looks LikeMonth 1-3: You eliminate founder involvement in daily operations Month 4-6: Team leaders operate independently with weekly check-ins only Month 7-12: You manage full operational expansion into new markets Month 13-18: Full COO transition as we scale to 1000+ unitsYou NeedLeadership experience: 5+ years managing teams. Legal, auditing, or accounting backgrounds excel - you understand systematic accountability.Tech-savvy: Master complex systems quickly (HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace + 15+ tools).Startup DNA: Build from scratch, figure things out independently, thrive in organized chaos.Bilingual: Fluent French/English is truly essential.
