Balinest Villas is one of Bali's largest and fastest-growing villa management companies. We set the standard for luxury, service, and guest experience — and we're expanding our team.

We are looking for a
highly experienced Manager
with
5+ years of hotel management experience
, capable of leading operations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction across our villas. This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and confident in managing teams and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise and support housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams


• Ensure smooth day-to-day villa operations and uphold top-tier cleanliness


• Manage guest relations and handle escalations professionally


• Oversee inventory, supplies, and procurement processes


• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training


• Provide daily reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements


•
5+ years of hotel or villa management experience (mandatory)


• Strong background in hospitality leadership and operations


• Fluent in English


• Excellent communication and people management skills


• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Able to multitask and perform well under pressure


• Professional, trustworthy, and flexible
